延续护理护士核心能力评价指标的初步构建

摘　　要：[目的]构建延续护理护士核心能力评价指标。[方法]采用德尔菲（Delphi）法,通过2轮26名专家咨询建立延续护理护士核心能力评价指标。[结果]2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为87%和100%,专家函询的权威系数为0.83,判断系数和熟悉系数分别为0.86和0.79;最终确定的延续护理护士核心能力评价指标包括一级指标6个,二级指标52个;一级指标、二级指标的重要性评分为3.81分~4.88分,变异系数为0.07~0.23,协调系数为0.125~0.287,各指标协调系数显著性检验均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。[结论]延续护理护士核心能力评价指标专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,可以为延续护理护士的任用、培训及考核提供参考。Objective：To construct the continuity ot care nurses＇ core competency evaluation Continuity of care nurses＇ core competency evaluation indexes were established through two rounds of 26 ex- perts＇ advice and using Delphi method. Results：The positive coefficients of experts＇ advice in two rounds were respectively 87 % and 100% ,the authority coefficient of experts＇ advice was 0.83, analyzing coefficient and fa- miliar coefficient were respectively 0.86 and 0.79;finally determined continuity of care nurses＇ core competency evaluation indexes included 6 first grade indicators, 52 secondary indicators;the importance score of first grade indicators and secondary indicators ranged from 3.81~4.88 ,the coefficient of variation was 0.07~0.23, coordi- nation coefficient was 0. 125~0. 287, there was statistically significant difference in coordination coefficient a- mong all indicators（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The experts＇ advice was concentrated on continuity of care nurses core competency evaluation indexes and the results were scientific and reliable, which could provide the refer- ences for appointment, training and assessment of continuity of care nurses.
