医患沟通技巧的文献分析

摘　　要：检索2006年1月~2015年2月在中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed数据库收录的有关医患沟通技巧的文献,根据纳入和排除标准进行筛选,最终纳入文献48篇,运用文献计量学方法对纳入文献的年代、研究内容、研究对象、医患沟通技巧的沟通效果等进行统计分析和内容分析。结果显示文献数量呈现＂总体上升、局部波动＂的趋势;有关医患沟通技巧的案例分析和调查研究、对特殊科室和特殊疾病的医患沟通技巧的研究、以神经语言程序为沟通技巧的研究较少;研究对象以医生为主;善于使用沟通技巧,可有效改善沟通效果。This study searched the literatures of doctor-patient communication skills in CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and PubMed databases from January 2006 to February 2015. According to the include and exclude standards, this paper finally investigated 48 related literatures. By using the method of literature metrology, it carried out a statistical analysis and content analysis in literature~ years, the contents and objects of study and the communication effect of doctor-patient communication skills. The results showed that the number of literature was in a tendency of ＂overall rise, local fluctuations＂. However, there were less case analysis and survey of doctor-patient communication skills, less doctor-patient communication skills research in specific departments and diseases, and also less research of communication skills based on nerve language program. The conclusion of this study was the research of doctor-patient communication should focus on doctors and better using communication skills, which would improve the communication effect.
