高职院校服务区域经济转型升级的路径与对策研究

摘　　要：转型升级是区域经济实现可持续发展的战略选择,同时对技术技能人才培养提出了新的要求。对社会服务认识不足、社会服务机制不健全、资源匮乏等是高职院校行使社会服务功能的主要困扰。加强专业结构调整和师资队伍建设、注重课程开发和确立新的人才培养模式、强化校企合作、提升科研能力等是高职院校服务区域发展的主要路径和对策。Transformation and upgrading is a strategic choice to achieve sustainable development in regional economy, and it puts forward new requirements for the training of technical personnel. Lack of knowledge of the social service, together with unsound social service mechanism and scarcity of resources are the main stumbling blocks for higher vocational colleges to exercise their social service function. The fundamental way out lies in reinforcing professional structure adjustment and teaching team building, paying close attention to curriculum development and establishing a new talents training mode, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, enhancing the ability of scientific research.
