摘 要:我国高校体育教育主要以身体素质教育和竞技技术水平教育为主,对学生的心理健康重视不够.采用重复测量的实验设计,在高校体育公共课中引入情商培训,探讨引入情商训练后能否提高学生的情商水平,1学期32学时轮滑公共课实验证明,在高校体育公共课中进行情商训练能有效提高学生情商水平.Physical education in colleges and universities has been in a physical quality and the level of competitive technology level,ignoring students'mental health.To adopt the repeated measurement design of experiment,this study has introduced eq training in sports teaching,trying to discuss after the introduction of emotional intelligence training can improve the students'emotional intelligence level,and to provide a direction for the reform of sports teaching.Common course after one semester 32 hours roller skating experiments show that emotional intelligence training in sports teaching can effectively improve the students'emotional intelligence level.
