摘  要:基于圆柱与圆柱赫兹接触理论的摆线轮应力计算是一定程度上的近似,以RV减速器中的摆线轮与曲柄轴承为研究对象,考虑实际工况中摆线轮体的变形及滚动轴承的初始径向间隙,建立RV减速器摆线针轮啮合的仿真实体模型,在针齿和齿槽,针齿与摆线轮啮合齿对,曲柄轴承滚子和摆线轮上曲柄轴承内孔、曲柄轴与曲柄轴承滚子接触边界的节点之间建立面—面接触单元,用三维有限元接触分析方法较全面地计算了摆线轮和曲柄轴承的应力大小及分布规律,摆线轮体变形及影响机理,为研究RV减速器提供了一种更精确、高效的方法.The calculation of cycloid gear stress, based on the theory of the cylinder and the cylinder Hertzcontact is approximated to a certain extent. The cycloid gear and the crankshaft bearing at RV reducer is takenas the research object, considering the deformation of cycloid gear and rolling bearing radial clearance in theactual condition. A simulation entity model of the RV reducer cycloid meshing is set up, surface-surface contactelements are established between nodes of the needle tooth and tooth groove, the meshing gears of the needletooth and the cycloid gear, crank bearing roller and the crank bearing inner hole in the cycloid gear, crankshaft and crank bearing roller contact boundary. 3d finite element contact analysis method is used to calculatethe overall cycloid gear and the crankshaft bearing stress and distribution, cycloid gear deformation and impactmechanism, which provids a more accurate and efficient method provided for the research of the RV reducer.
