摘  要:创新型人才的培养质量是衡量职业教育是否成功的标准,而培养创新型人才需要学校和企业的紧密合作。德国"双元制"是当今世界上典型的校企合作模式,也对我国职业教育的发展有着重要的指导意义。文章通过研究德国双元制职业教育体系,分析了双元制与我国创新型人才培养的关系,并构建了有利于产学研协同创新的人才培养模式。The success of Vocational Education depends on discussing about cultivating innovative talents which needs profound-cooperation between college and enterprise. As an advanced model of college and enterprise, German dual-system has great reference value for reform and innovation of vocational education in China. The ideas of my own about the necessary college-enterprise cooperation of cultivating innovative talents,the relationship of German dual-system and cultivating innovative talents, and the necessity of the implementation of the German dual system are discussed in this paper.
