摘　　要：理工科大学的文化素质教育不仅是一个理论问题,更是一个实践问题。文章明确界定了文化素质教育的内涵并阐明了其基本特征,提出了我国理工科大学文化素质教育的特殊性和加强文化素质教育与专业课程教育融合的实践途径。The culture quality education in universities of science and technology is not only a theoretical problem, but also a practical problem. This paper clearly defines the connotation of cultural quality education, illustrates its basic characteristics, proposes the particularity of cultural quality education in Science and Engineering University in our country and strengthens the integration of the practice approach of cultural quality education and professional education course integration.
