摘　　要：构建高校党的群众路线常态化机制,是高校加强党的建设、推动内涵发展、办人民满意教育的重要保障。但长期以来高校群众路线工作存在的单向性、局限性和随意性问题制约了沟通联系师生的质量和效果,需要以构建沟通联系师生的互动机制,建立师生合法权益的保障机制,完善沟通联系的评价与监督机制,确保党的群众路线工作常态化。Constructing the normalized mechanism of practicing the party＇s mass line is an important guarantee for higher education institutions to strengthen party building, promote content development, and provide the satisfactory education. But for a long time, one-direction, limitation and randomness of mass line work in higher education institutions has restricted the quality and effectiveness of teacher-student communication. It is necessary to ensure the normalization of mass line through building the interactive mechanism for teacherstudent communication, setting up the mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students, and improving the evaluation and monitoring mechanism.
