摘 要:近年来,旋转式音圈电机(RVCA)被广泛地应用于精密运动控制系统,受到了科研工作者们的关注,但未见电磁阻尼效应的相关文献。本文分析了单、双磁路RVCAs的电磁阻尼的产生机理,通过理论推导得到了阻尼力的解析表达式,并利用有限元方法进行了验证。证明了单磁路RVCAs中的电磁阻尼由磁场极性不同引起;双磁路RVCAs中的电磁阻尼由磁场层数不同或磁场边缘效应引起,且由磁场层数不同引起的阻尼力的幅值是由磁场边缘效应引起阻尼力幅值的近30倍。本文的研究结果对此种电机的实际工程应用具有重要参考价值。Rotary Voice Coil Actuators( RVCAs) has been widely used for precision motion control applications and drawn more and more attention in recent years,but articles relating to electric damping effect are rare. In this paper,principles of electric damping effect in both single and dual magnetic circuit RVCAs were analyzed. Through theoretical derivation,the analytical expressions of damping force were obtained,and then verified by finite elements analysis. It is proved that the electric damping of single magnetic circuit RVCAs is caused by different magnet polarities,while that of dual magnetic circuit RVCAs is caused by different magnetic field layers or magnetic field edge effect. The electric damping magnitude caused by different magnetic field layers is almost 30 times greater than that caused by magnetic field edge effect. The research results are of reference value for practical engineering applications of this type of motors.
