基于变权目标贴近度的高校奖学金评定模型

摘　　要：结合多数高校奖学金评定制度,选取学业综合成绩、思想品德和文体表现综合成绩这三个因素作为评定指标。采用正态分布标准化公式消除不同学科之间量纲,得到学生各门课程标准化成绩,运用变权AHP法得到三个指标权重,建立了变权目标贴近度综合评定模型并针对不同奖项对学生成绩进行排名,较传统评价模型更客观,更具科学性。Combining with current university scholarship evaluation system ,three factors such as academ-ic performance , achievements of ideology and morality , stylistic？ performance are selected as evaluation inde-xes.Adopting the standard normal formula to eliminate the dimension between different subjects and working out the weighted value of three indicators by using varied weight AHP after getting students ’ standardized a-chievements of each course .The target nearness with variable weight comprehensive evaluation model is estab-lished and rank students ’ achievements according to different awards .This evaluation model is more objective and more scientific than traditional model .
