摘 要:通过建立围绝经期小鼠模型,观察金雀异黄素(Gen)对卵巢组织及安全性的影响。选用50只11~12月龄雌性ICR小鼠,按体重随机分为5组,即对照组、阳性对照组、高、中、低剂量组(15、30、60 mg·kg^(-1) Gen灌胃)。采用ELISA法测小鼠卵巢组织中Bcl-2与Bax蛋白水平,对小鼠重要脏器进行病理组织学检查。结果显示小鼠体重及重要脏器无明显变化,高剂量组、阳性对照组Bax蛋白下降明显(P<0.05)。揭示实验剂量下Gen对围绝经期小鼠重要脏器及体重无明显影响,可通过调节Bcl-2与Bax蛋白水平来保护卵巢细胞。According to set up the perimenopausal mice model and observed the impact on ovarian tissue and security,50 female 11~12 months-old ICR mice were chosen to be divided into five groups by weight,each group was control group,positive dose group of high,middle and low dose group(Gen concentration 15,30,60 mg·kg^(-1)),respectively. The levels of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in mice'ovarian tissues were detected by ELISA,and the histopathologic examination of vital organs was carried. The results showed that there was no obvious change in mice weight and vital organs. The level of Bax protein decreased in high dose group and positive dose group,which had a significant difference(P〈0.05). The revealing Gen had no obvious effects on menopausal transition model mice of important organs and weight,and it could protected the ovarian cells by adjusting Bcl-2 and Bax protein levels.
