高校学生资助的育人功能和机制研究

摘　　要：目前,高校学生资助在解决家庭经济困难学生顺利入学、完成学业的问题上发挥了重要作用,但教育缺失成为当前高校学生资助工作中的最突出问题。高校学生资助必须充分挖掘现有资助体系丰富的教育功能及其实现机制,实现由单一的"经济解困"向"全人教育"转变,真正把受助学生培养成全面发展的有用人才,最终实现"立德树人"的根本任务和"人人成才"的教育目标。Currently,student financial aid plays an important role in solving the problem of college students who enrolled from poor families and successfully completed their registration,but the lack of education has become the most prominent issue. College student aid must fully exploit the existing funding system for its bountiful educational functions and implementation mechanism to achieve ＂holistic education ＂instead of a single ＂economic predicament＂,make aided students become truly comprehensive talents,and ultimately fulfill the fundamental task of ＂ethics establishment＂and educational goals of ＂overall development of talents＂.
