摘　　要：德国应用科技大学在世界高等职业教育史上久负盛名,为德国方兴未艾的经济发展源源不断地输送了大量高级实用技术人才。其独特的办学理念、明确的培养目标、合理的专业设置、严格的师资要求、严谨的治学态度值得我们地方高校转型发展学习和借鉴。The German university of applied science and technology is very famous in the higher occupation education all around the world, which sullies a large number of applied technical talents for the rapid development of the German economy. Its unique idea, clear training objectives, reasonable setting of disciplines and majors, strict requirements for teachers, and rigorous scholarship is worth learn for the transformation development of local universities in China.
