摘　　要：主要研究区域专科层次高等职业教育的发展动力问题。通过实证调查法,分析职业教育系统内部纵向衔接和横向流转的动力不足原因,分析职业教育系统外部职普互通和职企互动的动力不足原因;通过对比分析法,借鉴德国职业教育做法,并对职业教育系统内部和外部的发展动力提出建议。This article mainly researches the developing motion of regional special higher vocational education. Through empirical investigation,the paper analyzes the reason of under power in longitudinal communication and horizontal exchange from internal vocational education system,then analyzes the reason of under power in communication of vocational education and general education,vocational education and enterprise interaction from external vocational education system. Through the comparative analysis method,the article analyzes German vocational education practice and gives developing motion advice of regional higher vocational education in internal and external of vocational education system.
