摘　　要：以爱尔兰诗人叶芝的诗歌When You Are Old的两个中文译本为例,具体解析诗歌的艺术性翻译策略。译者在追求艺术性风格时要注意以下3个方面:诗歌翻译要追求意义和情感上的本分;诗歌翻译要做到和原作相当而不是和原作相等;在诗歌翻译过程中译者要运用母语传达原文风格。From the perspective of the artistry of poetry translation,the author compares the two Chinese versions of a poem,and makes a specific analysis of the artistry of poetry translation.While pursuing the artistic style,the translator should focus on the following three aspects：First,the version of the translation should be faithful to the o-riginal meaning and emotion;Second,the version of the translation should match with the original rather than be e-quivalent to the latter：Third,the version of the translation should use native language to express the style of the o-riginal.
