摘　　要：通过对教研员与教师评课议课的差异性分析,引发对新时期教研员角色定位与使命的再思考,从而引入"教学研究范式"这一解决当前教学理论与实践研究的深层问题的方法与途径。Through the analysis of the differences of assessment on classrooms between research staff and teachers,the role and mission of research staff in the new period has been thought over again. Then Teaching Research Paradigm is introduced as the method and solution to the current deep problems of teaching theories and practice research.
