摘　　要：文章对"三位一体"应用型人才培养模式在土木工程专业的应用进行了探讨。通过实际工程项目的串接,将不同课程的教学有机衔接,将理论教学与实践教学有机融合,采用项目式教学法,真正实现知识、技能及素质的综合培养;同时通过分阶段考核方式,加强教学质量控制。通过改革,取得了良好效果。In this paper, the application of ＂trinity＂ applied talents training mode in civil engineering is discussed. Based on project teaching method, different courses teaching has organically jointed and theory teaching have organically combined with practice teaching, the comprehensive training which includes knowledge, skills and quality has truly been realized; Meanwhile, through the way of phasing examination, the teaching quality controlling is strengthened. After the reform, good results have been achieved.
