摘 要:肿瘤已成为全世界范围内发病率和致死率最高的疾病,肿瘤的发生发展实质上是机体局部组织的细胞异常增生而形成的异常病变,而这异常病变的过程常常涉及各种基因突变。采用现代分子生物学技术检测肿瘤细胞基因突变的情况,是当前肿瘤研究和临床肿瘤治疗的重要内容。本文就肿瘤基因突变检测的现状、意义、检测技术及发展方向做一简单综述。Tumor has become the disease with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world. The tumor occurrence and development of tumor actually was the abnormal proliferation of local tissue,and this abnormal process always involves various genetic mutations. The gene mutation detection in tumor cells by modern molecular biology technology has become an important part in tumor research and clinical treatment. And this paper was written to briefly reviewed the current situation/significance/detection technology and development direction of tumor gene mutation detection.
