试论高素质技术技能人才必备的基本内涵以现代制造业为例

摘　　要：通过分析现代制造业的升级换代对技术技能人才的素质要求的随之变化,总结出高等职业教育高素质技术技能人才培养规格必须具备的基本内涵:(1)良好的职业与行业认同感;(2)相对完整的基础知识与基础理论;(3)良好的人际交往技能;(4)较好的现代信息处理能力;(5)思辨能力与创新能力;(6)两种及以上的基本技能。Through the analysis on the changes of quality requirements for technical and skilled personnel with the upgrade replacement of the modern manufacturing industry,this paper sums up basic connotations of the training of high quality technical and skilled personnel with higher vocational education. The basic connotations are as follows： 1.good sense of identity of vocation and industry; 2. relatively complete basic knowledge and basic theory; 3. good interpersonal communication skills; 4. modern information processing ability; 5. thinking ability and innovation ability; 6.two and more kinds of basic skills.
