摘　　要：通过比较经管类实验室与企业IT部门在各自组织中功能的相似性,尝试以IT服务管理为指导思想,以ITIL框架为实施步骤,对经管类实验室管理流程进行设计。设计过程中,结合经管类实验室管理的实际需要,对ITIL适用对象做了适度扩展,尝试利用ITIL中的事件管理实现行政性事务的例外管理,利用ITIL中的问题管理实现行政性事务的例行管理。借此推动经管类实验室管理模式,由以例外管理为主,向例行管理与例外管理并重的模式转变。By analyzing the state of the management of laboratory of E＆M,this paper points out that the pattern of the management of laboratory is mainly exception management,lack of routine management. Comparing the similarity between the laboratory of E＆M and the department of enterprise,this paper applies the ITIL in management of laboratory of E＆M,and designs its management process based on ITIL.In design, the incident management is also used for processing the exception management,the problem management is also used for processing the routine management.The goal of the designed management process is to promote the change of laboratory management pattern of E＆M.
