摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱测定饮用水中碘的方法。以碲作为在线内标,采用四甲基氢氧化铵稀释饮用水后直接用电感耦合等离子体质谱检测。结果表明本方法检出限为0.1?g/L,方法在0~100?g/L线性良好,相关系数为1.000。对纯净水、自来水和矿泉水进行检测,碘的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,不同样品的回收率在95%~105%之间。该方法具有检出限低、线性范围宽、精密度好、准确度高等优点,能准确快速测定饮用水中的碘。An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method to determine iodine in drinking water was established in the paper. Te was used as on-line internal standard; sample was diluted by Tetramethylammonium hydroxide and introduced directly into ICP-MS to determine iodine. The limit of detection for iodine is 0.1 ?g/L, the calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0~100 ?g/L with linear coefficient of 1.000, and RSD of iodine in purified water, running water and drinking natural mineral water samples were all lower than 5 %, recoveries of different concentration-spiked samples were between 95 %~105 %. The method showed high sensitivity, broadline-arrange good accuracy and precision, which applicable to the determination of idione in drinking water.
