GC-MS法对广东省塑料类食品接触材料中4种抗氧化剂含量的调研

摘　　要：BHA、BHT、TBHQ、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚是常见的合成抗氧化剂。文章针对市面流通的塑料瓶、桶进行广东省塑料类食品接触材料中抗氧化剂含量的调查研究,本次调研使用气相色谱-质谱法对样品进行抗氧化剂含量的检测,发现有1批次样品有检出2,4-二叔丁基苯酚,其余三种BHT、BHA、TBHQ均未检出,由此可见,在市面上流通的塑料瓶、桶中BHA、BHT、TBHQ抗氧化剂含量超标的风险较小,然而根据GB9685-2008规定,仍然存在一些非法使用合成抗氧化剂的现象。BHA, BHT and TBHQ are common synthetic antioxidants. Investigation on the contents of antioxidants in the paper for market circulation of plastic bottles, barrels was performed. This research detected the contents of antioxidants in sample using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and BHT、BHA、TBHQ had not reached detection limit. But 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol was detected in one sample. It reveals that the risk of exceeding national standard of BHA、BHT、TBHQ in plastic bottles, barrels was low. According to GB9685-2008, some illegal synthetic antioxidants were added to material.
