摘 要:根据CNAS-GL06:2006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》中提供的方法,对ELISA法测定月饼中黄曲霉毒素B1含量过程中影响测定结果的因素进行分析,建立数学模型,对模型中的变量进行分解,确定影响每一变量的不确定度分量并进行计算,合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。月饼中黄曲霉毒素B1含量测定结果为(4.5±0.16)μg/kg,通过评定,影响含量测定的最主要不确定度分量为含量的测定。Based on instuctions in CNAS-GL06: 2006 Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis, factors that affects the determination of Aflatoxin B1 were analyzed. A mathematical model was established and variables were deconstructed. Factors that contributes to the uncertainty evaluation of every variable were identified and total uncertainty and expand uncertainty were calculated. The content of Aflatoxin B1 in moon cake determined by ELISA was(4.5±0.16)μg/kg, the results showed that the most significant factor that contributed to the determination of Aflatoxin B1 was content determination.
