摘　　要：文章以"有机化学实验"实验课程教学为例,探索应用化学专业、临床医学专业等专业的有机化学实验教学改革。针对有机化学实验教学中存在的一些问题,探索三性(综合性,设计性,创新性)实验的实施方法,促进学生综合动手能力的全面发展。最后展望了有机化学实验教学改革。Taking ＂organic chemistry experiment＂ the experimental course teaching as an example, this paper explores the teaching reform of organic chemistry experiment in the specialty of Applied Chemistry, clinical medicine and so on. For some problems existing in the teaching of organic chemistry experiment, to explore the implementation method of triplet experiment（comprehensive, design, innovation）, the student comprehensive ability of all-round development are promoted. Finally, the teaching reform of organic chemistry experiment is prospected.
