摘　　要：新形势下,面对国家对创新型人才的迫切需求,给排水科学与工程专业的创新人才培养的新模式成为专业人才教育的讨论热点。针对长沙理工大学的学校行业特点,给排水科学与工程为适应学校行业特征和社会人才需要的发展,对专业培养模式进行不断的改革和创新,形成了自己特色,培养的给排水科学与工程专业人才,具有一定的竞争力。Under the new situation, facing the urgent demand for innovative talents in the country, Innovating Talent-Cultivating Mode for Water Draining and Supplying Engineering is becoming the focus of discussion. According to the characteristics of the industry in Changsha University of Science and Technology, and in order to adapt to the characteristics of industry and meet the development of the social needs for talents, Water Draining and Supplying Engineering is constructed by keeping continuous reformation and innovation of the personal cultivation pattern of professional training mode, and has formed its own characteristics, which is competitive.
