摘 要:文章阐明了以"应用"为教育目的的地方应用型本科化学化工类专业,强化实践教学环节的创新性人才培养模式和课程体系改革及与之相匹配的课程多元化考核改革势在必行。通过对近三年吕梁学院化学化工类专业课程多元化考核改革的实践进行了研究与探讨,提出了改革思路、实施方案和改革措施。实践表明,课程多元化考核改革不仅可以正确和科学地评价学生掌握知识、应用知识的能力,将学生学习的自觉性和积极性调动起来,有效地提高学生的自主学习能力、团结协作能力和拓展创新能力。同时对教师教学也提出了更高的要求,迫使教师必须不断地努力学习、加强生产实践,从而提高自身的综合教学能力。The article explains the mode of application-oriented chemistry and chemical engineering education in local college, and illuminates the necessity to reform the training and curriculum system by strengthening the practical part of teaching and learning, and establishing the associated course-diversified assessment system. Through studying and analyzing the process of curriculum diversity evaluation in Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lvliang University for recent 3 years, we put forward the revised reformation blueprint, the reformation scheme and related reformation procedures. Practice shows that reformation of curriculum diversities evaluation not only assesses students' performance correctly and objectively, motivates students' learning initiative, improves students, ability to self-study, to collaborate and to innovate, but also brings forward higher requirement for teachers, constantly pushing them to strive to learn, to strengthen the practice to improve their integrated teaching ability.
