摘 要:文章选取北京大学和哈佛大学应用数学专业为例,从培养目标、课程结构、学分学时分布和课程评价制度等方面对中美高等理科教育的课程设置进行了系统比较分析,得出我国高等理科教育课程存在课程目标不明确、课程结构中通识课程比重较大、专业课程比例较小和学生自主选课权较小、课程时序安排不够合理以及考核制度存在一定缺陷等问题,最后探讨了中美高等理科教育课程设置比较对我国高等理科教育的启示。This paper selects the applied mathematics major of Peking University and Harvard University as the subject of the study, and compares the curriculum setting of Sino - American higher science education systematically from the perspectives of the cultivation objectives, the course structure, distribution of credit hours and the course assessment system. Furthermore, it has found some problems existing in the Chinese higher science education courses such as the unclear cultivation objective, the courses not focused on the indi- vidual students, the general education which takes up a large proportion while the professional courses are not so applicable, and there are some obvious imperfection in the course assessment system. The last one part of this paper also discusses the enlightenment on Chinese higher science education from the course setting of Sino -America higher science education.
