摘　　要：通过调研,分析行业企业对高职电气自动化技术人才的需求,利用岗位群的概念并结合往届毕业生的就业岗位及岗位职责,对高职电气自动化岗位群进行了职业能力分析。通过分析,寻求现行人才培养模式下培养的技能人才与企业需求之间的差距,提出了人才培养方案的中有待改进的方面。After studying enterprise demand of professional electric automation talents ,the authors of this paper ran a professional capability analysis of electric automation post group by combining the concept of post group with positions and duties of our graduates .The gap between electric automation talents and the talent demand of enterprises is noticed .Therefore ,it is necessary to improve our current talent train‐ing plan .
