高校药学实验教学安全管理的探索与对策

摘　　要：药学实验教学是培养和造就高素质创新型药学人才的重要实践教学环节。它涉及的技术领域广,交叉学科关联度高,实验室存在不安全的因素繁多;同时,药学不同学科实验室各有特点,所面临的实验安全问题及对策也各有不同。因此,实验室安全管理难度极大。近年来,四川大学华西药学实验中心通过加强安全管理的硬件建设,注重实验室基础设施的规范建设和提升安全管理的软件建设等多重举措,对实验教学安全管理进行了有益的探究和实践。The pharmacy experimental teaching is an important link in practice teaching for cultivating of high quality innovative pharmaceutical talents. It involves broad technical field and high interdisciplinary relevancy resulting in many unsafe factors in the la- boratory that are extremely complex, and leading to high requirement and difficulty of safety management for laboratory. Meanwhile, laboratory in different disciplines of pharmacy has different characteristics, and exists different safety problems and countermeasures. In recent years, the pharmacy experimental center of West China School of Pharmacy has made valuable exploration and practice in safety management for laboratory by strengthening the safety management software and hardware, with emphasis on laboratorial infra- structure construction.
