摘　　要：影响高职院校德育实效性的因素是多元的,其中高职学生自身存在的问题才是影响德育实效性的内在因素。在分析影响德育实效性的高职学生自身素质基础上,提出要有效提升高职院校德育质量,就必须按照这些学生身心成长的特点及其行为、思想和心理发育的规律,进行有针对性的教育。学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育必须紧密结合起来,相互促进,密切配合,形成教育合力。The factors influencing higher college students＇ moral education effectiveness are mult- dimensional,of which students＇ own quality is the inherent factor. On the basis of analyzing higher college students＇ own quality,this paper puts forward the view that to effectively improve higher college students＇ moral quality,we must carry out the problem- oriented education according to their characteristics of growth and baheviour,thought and psychological development law. W should combine school education,family education and social education to form education forces.
