摘  要:我国学术界多从全球竞争和国家政策角度论证知识产权法课程设置的必要性,课程设置的目的常常局限于培养知识产权专业人才。从对大学生调查问卷来看,大学生对知识产权知识的理解不够深入系统,这源于我国知识产权法课程供给不足。从知识产权法在全球经济竞争中的重要性和提升大学生素质的必要性来看,大学生对知识产权法课程有一定需求。高校开设知识产权法课程,既能提高大学生知识产权意识,又能提高大学生素质。Our academic circles often discuss inevitability of intellectual property rights curriculum from the angle of global competition and national policy.The aim of curriculum is often to train specialists in the field of intellectual property.Questionnaire survey shows that college students' understanding of intellectual property rights is not thorough,society supply for intellectual property course is not enough.Based on the importance of intellectual property in the world economic competition and college students' better knowledge structure,college students have certain requirements for intellectual property course.The setting of intellectual property course can not only improve the citizens' consciousness of intellectual property,but also can improve the students' ability,which should be taken seriously by university.
