摘 要:目的了解泰州市桶装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌污染状况,为安全饮水提供科学依据,为饮用水的卫生监督管理提供基础资料。方法 2014年-2015年在泰州市区采集不同品牌桶装饮用水100份,按照GB/T 8538—2008《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》进行监测。结果采集100份桶装饮用水样中,16份水样检出铜绿假单胞菌,检出率为16.0%,其中2014年桶装水铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为10.0%,2015年桶装水样中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为22.0%,2年检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泰州市桶装饮用水铜绿假单胞菌污染状况存在食品安全隐患,监督部门应加大监管力度,加强主动监测。Objective To investigate the contamination status of Psudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water in Taizhou,so as to provide scientific basis for drinking water safely and to provide foundation data for health supervision of drinking water.Methods 100 barreled drinking water samples were collected during 2014- 2015 from different brands of barreled drinking water in Taizhou urban area,and were detected according to the Standard for Natural Mineral Drinking Waters,GB / T 8538-2008. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected positive in 16 of the 100 samples,with the detection rate of 16. 0% in total,and specifically,that was 10. 0% in 2014 and 22. 0% in 2015,there was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rates between the two years( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The current situation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination is a potential hazard,so the supervision department should strengthen supervision and active surveillance.
