摘　　要：作为一种特殊的文化,谚语是人类智慧的积淀,且经历代代相传传承下来。本文分析了中国西文化差异根源,将谚语中的文化差异从生活习俗、人文思想、道德观念、价值观念和审美观念展现在读者面前,以促进东西方的文化交流。as a special kind of culture, proverbs are accumulation of human wisdom handed down from generation to generation. This paper analyzes roots of differences between the Chinese culture and Western cultural, and differences are demonstrated between Chinese and English proverbs from aspects of customs, humanistic ideas, morality, values and aesthetic concepts. It helps to promote cultural exchanges between East and West.
