摘　　要：高校法律课堂教学实践和学生的生活息息相关,法律知识的讲解、法律案例的分析能够帮助学生健全法律认知,提升自我法律保护的意识。本文从现阶段我国高校法律课堂的教学实践出发,对于启发式教学的实践对策做出积极的探索,旨在提升学生的法律意识,培养具有综合素质能力的人才。Legal classroom teaching practices and student＇s life is closely linked,the interpretation of legal knowledge,legal case analysis can help students improve the legal awareness,improve self awareness of legal protection. In this paper,starting from the teaching practice of colleges and universities in our country at present stage the law class,make a positive exploration for heuristic teaching practice countermeasure,aimed at enhancing student＇s legal awareness,to cultivate talents with comprehensive quality ability.
