摘　　要：深化高校综合改革,加强高校内涵建设,提高教育教学质量,是高等学校履行培育高素质人才和引领社会进步等历史使命的必然要求,更是当前和今后一段时期高等学校面临的重大课题。深化高校综合改革要从深化治理体系和治理能力建设、深化干部人事制度改革、创新人才培养模式、深化科研管理体制改革、深化内部资源配置机制等多方面来进行。deepening the reform, strengthen the connotation construction in colleges and universities, improve the teaching quality of education and is of higher learning performance of cultivating high- quality talents and the inevitable requirement of social progress and historical mission, but also the current and future a period of higher school is facing a major issue. Deepening comprehensive reform of colleges and universities from the deepening management system and management ability construction, deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system, innovative talent training mode, we will deepen reform of the scientific research management system, deepen the internal resource allocation mechanism, etc.
