摘  要:协同创新是我国教育改革的大政方针,是高等教育研究的重点领域。高校是知识创新、人才培养和科技创新的主阵地。通过不断促进高校与科研院所、行业企业、国际院校间的交流合作,积极探索基于协同创新的人才培养改革策略,实现教育资源共享及人才联合培养,提高人才培养质量,对于促进国家创新及社会经济发展具有重要意义。本文以河北大学为例,对基于协同创新的高校人才培养策略进行探讨。Collaborative innovation is China's education reform fundamental policy,is the focus of higher education research.The university is an important part of the national education,and it is the main position of knowledge innovation,personnel training and scientific and technological innovation.Through continuous promotion of the cooperation between universities and research institutes,enterprises and international institutions,actively explore the strategy of talent training mode based on collaborative innovation,realize the sharing of educational resources and the joint training of talents,to improve the quality of personnel training,promote the innovation of the state and the social economic development.It has important significance.Taking Hebei University as an example,research on the reform strategy of talent training based on collaborative innovation in colleges and universities.
