浅谈高职院校辅导员在社会主义核心价值观传播与践行方面的作用

摘　　要：分析当代大学生学习和践行社会主义核心价值观"知而不详,学而不细,说而不行"的基本现状;分析高职院校辅导员不合理的组成情况和懈怠的工作现状。结合社会主义核心价值观的基本要求,提出高职院校辅导员在传播和践行社会主义核心价值观的过程中发挥的"教、做、管"的作用。This paper analyzes the basic situation of college students＇ learning and practice of the socialist core values and the unreasonable situation of the college counselors＇ composition and the status quo of their slack work. Combined with the basic requirements of the socialist core values, the author puts forward the role played by the counselors in the process of dissemination and practicing the socialist core values.
