摘  要:目的探讨护士绩效考核在骨折压疮高危患者管理中的效果。方法制定护士绩效考核制度,严格培训、完善多项制度,规范监控流程,明确各层级职责,对压疮高危患者实施预前评估、过程控制、环节监控、终末评估。结果骨折压疮高危患者难免压疮及压疮发生率降低。结论将压疮管理纳入护士绩效考核管理能有效控制骨折压疮高危病人的压疮发生。The main purpose of the article is investigating the effect which generated from the nurse performance appraisal in the fracture pressure ulcer management of high-risk patients. According to formulating the nurse performance appraisal system, strengthenning trainingsystem and impoving other system, while standardizing the monitoring process, confirming re-sponsibilities of all levels, we can make pre assessment, process control, process monitoring and terminal assessment for pa-tients at high risk caused by pressure ulcer. It concluded that the incidence ofpressure ulcer in patients with high risk of fracture would be reduced if the pressure ulcer nursing were incorporated into the nurse performance appraisal management.
