摘  要:以月桂酸和醚化剂失水甘油基三乙基氯化铵(GTMAC)为原料,合成了3-月桂酰氧基-2-羟基丙基N,N,N-三乙基氯化铵(TCMESA)。通过正交实验确定最佳工艺条件为:n(月桂酸)∶n(GTMAC)=1∶1,水浴温度80℃,反应时间6 h,阳离子酸性树脂用量3%(相对于月桂酸),此条件下TCMESA的收率98.2%。产物结构通过红外光谱得以证实。采用电导率法测得25℃下临界胶束浓度cmc(TCMESA)=0.053 mmol/L,表面张力γcmc=33.7 m N/m,并对其起泡能力和乳化能力进行了测定。With lauric acid and etherifying agent water loss glyceryl triethyl ammonium chloride(GTMAC) as raw materials, 3-lauroyl oxygen radicals-2- hydroxy propyl N, N, N- triethyl ammonium chloride(TCMESA) was synthesized. Through orthogonal test the optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: n(lauric acid)∶n(GTMAC) = 1∶1, water bath temperature 80℃, reaction time 6h, acidic cation resin dosage was 3%(compared with lauric acid), under this condition the TCMESA yield of 98.2%. The product structure was verified by IR spectrum. At 25℃ the critical micelle concentration cmc(TCMESA) = 0.053mmol/L measured by conductivity method, surface tension γcmc= 33.7 m N/m. The foaming and emulsifying ability were determined.
