摘　　要：国网上海市电力公司培训中心(以下简称培训中心或中心)是国网上海市电力公司旗下的专业教育培训机构。近年来,随着新进员工的补充,中心青年员工队伍不断壮大,随之而来的青年员工培养与发展问题也日益突出。培训中心在借鉴相关组织学习地图实践经验的基础上,对学习地图原有理念和做法进行发展延伸,提出了成长地图的概念,并结合个人成长计划实施落地,在青年员工培养方面进行了有益的探索和实践。National network of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company Training Center（hereinafter referred to as the training center or center） is a national network of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company＇s professional education and training institutions.In recent years, along with the new employees in the supplement, the youth centre staff continue to grow, the attendant young employees＇ training and development issues have become increasingly prominent. Training center in reference to related organizational learning map experience based, map the original idea and practice of learning was the development of an extension put forward the concept of growth map, and combined with personal growth plan implementation of the floor, in young employees training has carried on the beneficial exploration and practice.
