摘　　要：全国综合性艺术院校第二十一次交流协作会暨援疆院校对口支援工作座谈会主题为抢抓"一带一路"重大发展机遇,深化高等艺术院校综合改革,服务我国文化大繁荣大发展。就如何增强自身服务地方经济文化社会发展能力,深化人才培养模式改革,综合性艺术院校之间协同发展,深化对口支援内涵等议题展开讨论。综合性艺术院校要主动作为,寻求综合性艺术院校发展的广阔空间和前景。The theme for the 21st Communication and Cooperation Conference of Nationwide Comprehensive Art Colleges, a forum for supporting the work of Xinjiang art academies, is entitled ＂seize great development opportunities of ＇the Belt and Road＇, deepen the reform of the comprehensive art colleges and serve cultural prosperity and development in China＂. Combining new opportunities, new challenges and new situation of higher education development, the delegates start discussions on such issues as how to enhance art schools＇ ability of serving local economic and cultural and social development, how to deepen the reform of the personnel training mode and comprehensive coordinated development between art colleges, and how to support Xinjiang art academies. Comprehensive art colleges should develop themselves on their own initiative to seek broad spaces and prospects.
