大学文化的育人功能与实践启示

摘　　要：大学文化是一所大学的办学传统、办学特色和学风校风在精神层面的体现,具有较强的针对性和现实指导意义。我国经济社会发展的新常态对大学文化在开放性、先进性、包容性、多元性、创新性等方面提出了更高的要求。因此,大学文化要不断丰富其内涵与功能,要更加注重培养责任担当、求真向善和人文包容的精神,在世界多元文化和信息时代中,既坚守大学学术灵魂,又顺应人才培养的时代需求。大学的根本任务是人才培养,育人功能则是大学文化的本体功能。大学文化可以通过课堂教学、科研活动、师生交流、校歌校训等对学生成长成才发挥潜移默化的影响。因此,要充分发挥大学文化的育人功能,探索有效的实现路径。浙江理工大学在传承历史文化的基础上,凝练出不同发展阶段的育人理念,充分挖掘文化育人资源,加强大学文化建设,包括加强校情校史教育,拓展校园人文环境,推进实践文化建设。同时,学校创造性地构建了全方位文化育人模式,即树立"全面发展"的育人理念,实施"全员育人"的育人机制,完善"全方位服务"的育人体系。University culture embodies a university＇s tradition, characteristics and ethos in the spiritual dimension, which has a highly targeted and practical guide. Good university culture would not only serve for the integration of the world cultural diversity as well as the development of information era, but also contribute to sticking to the university spirit and complying with the demands of talent cultivation. To face the new normal in China, university culture should become more open, advanced, inclusive, diverse and innovative. In addition, university culture inherently includes responsibility, upright and truth-seeking, humanism and inclusiveness. As is known to all, talent cultivation is the fundamental task of a university, so educational ihnction is the central function of university culture. University students could be unconsciously influenced by their university culture via classroom teaching, scientific research activities, teacher-student communication, even the school song and school motto, etc. Therefore, it is advisable to make use of university culture＇s educational function and explore the implementation of effective paths. Based on the historical and cultural heritage, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University summarizes the cultivation concepts during different development stages, fully excavates its cultural education resources and strengthens the construction of its culture. Meanwhile, the university creatively constructs a comprehensive cultural educational model, including setting the educational idea of ＂comprehensive development＂, implementing comprehensive education model mechanism, and improving the education system of ＂full service＂.
