摘　　要：当前,高校在新生入学教育上存在一定的缺失,新生入学教育时间短、内容老化、形式单一、力量单薄。依据ERG理论,从新生的生存、相互关系、成长发展需要出发,从三个维度构建新生入学教育体系,提升新生入学教育的实效,帮助新生尽快适应大学生活。At present, there are some deficiencies in the new entrance education such as the freshmen entrance education time is short, the contents is aged, the form is single, and it is weak in strength. According to ERG theory, from dimensions of life, relationship and development needs to start and from the three dimensions to build a new entrance education system, to enhance the effectiveness of the new entrance education, to help freshmen adapt to college life as soon as possible.
