摘  要:目的探讨临床护士对护理专业英语学习现状及其相关因素。方法采用自行设计问卷对北京市3家三级甲等医院的282名临床护士的护理专业英语学习现状进行调查,并分析其相关因素。结果 282名临床护士护理专业英语学习或接受相关培训的比例较低,兴趣较低,英语学习氛围较差。学历、职称、科室、英语基础水平是临床护士护理专业英语学习的相关因素(均P<0.05)。结论临床护士护理专业英语学习现状较差,缺乏学习动机、兴趣、培训机会和锻炼平台;学历、职称、科室、英语基础水平与其英语学习有关。因此,医院应积极培养临床护士护理专业英语学习的兴趣,激发其学习动机,提高英语学习氛围,增加其英语学习培训锻炼机会,从而提高护理专业英语水平。Objective To explore the status of the English learning among nurses and influencing factors. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status on English learning of 282 clinical nursing from 3 first-class hospitals in Beijing. The influencing factors were analyzed. Results The clinical nurses were in a poor condition and low interest and they had a poor setting for learning English. The influencing factors were found to be their English competency, education level, professional title and medical department (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The clinical nurses are at lower level concerning English learning situation, learning interest, settings, learning motivation and a platform for training and practice. Therefore, hospitals should actively enhance their interest in English learning, learning motivation and learning settings and provide them with a platform for English training and practice so that they can increase their nursing professional English level.
