摘　　要：目前苏州高职院校学生学习上呈现出新状况,影响了学习效果和质量。要保证高职生的有效学习,必须以学生学习态度的积极、学习目标的明确和学习方法的有效为基础,以学生对学习从认知向认同的转变为媒介,以院校树立学习服务的意识为保障,实现学生知向行的转化。Currently, students of higher vocational colleges in Suzhou show a new situation, which influences the learning effect and quality. To ensure effective learning of higher vocational students, the basis is to ensure that the students have positive learning attitudes, clear learning objectives and effective learning methods At the same time, we＇ll take students＇attitude transformation towards learning from cognition to acknowledgement as the media and college＇ s awareness of study service as the insurance, to finally realize students＇ transformation from cognition to practice.
