高职院校学生党员发展质量保障机制研究

摘　　要：市场经济的发展、"互联网+"背景下文化的多元性等各种因素的影响,使新时期高职院校党员发展工作面临着极大的挑战,党员发展质量保障机制存在诸多不完善的地方。如当前高职院校党员教育培养考核机制不够健全、基层党建队伍不强和学生受社会环境不良影响等,使学生党员模范作用不突出、入党动机不纯、培养教育执行不严等,要提高学生党员的发展质量,应加强校园文化建设、优化党建队伍建设、完善教育培养考核机制等,构建党员发展质量保障体系。Influenced by various factors such as the development of market economy and the diversity of culture in the background of Internet Plus, the development of party members in higher vocational colleges is faced with great challenges in the new period and the quality assurancemechanism of party members＇ development is imperfect in many aspects. In higher vocational colleges, the present education and training evaluation mechanism is not sound, the grass-roots party construction team is not strong and students are affected by social environment, all of which make the exemplary role of student party members not prominent, the motivation of joining party varied, and training and education execution not strict. Inorder to improve the quality of the development of student party members, the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of campus culture, optimize the construction of the party building, improve the education and training evaluation mechanism and take measures to construct the quality assurance systemofstudent Party members＇ development.
