摘　　要：阐述了实验教学在高校教育中的重要作用,从实验教学观念、实验教师队伍、实验教学内容及模式、实验教学考核制度四个方面,详细分析了高校实验教学目前普遍存在的问题,并提出了一些提高实验教学质量的改革措施,以培养出创新实践型人才。This paper states the important role of experiment teaching in university education. Detailed analysis of the present problems of experiment teaching from four factors of experimental teaching idea,teaching staff,teaching contents and modes,teaching appraisal system,the paper points out effective reform measures to enhance the quality of experiment teaching,in order to provide better services for cultivating innovative and practical talents.
