摘　　要：目前,地方本科院校校外实习基地建设一直是薄弱环节,实习效果也不够理想,本文针对地方本科院校计算机专业这一特定实习环境,结合多年实习指导经验,建设高质量的校外实习基地,构建"多方互利共赢"的校企合作机制的策略。采取了加强环节过程管理,明确考核目标的措施,探索出了各环节组织实施的新办法,实习效果表明,这些措施很大程度提高了校外实习质量。Recently,with respect to local application-oriented institutions, it is always the weak links in construction of off-campus base for practice training. Also, the practice effect is not good enough. In this paper, on the basis of many years of experience in practice instruction, to the computer major＇s special practice environment of local application-oriented institutions, we propose the tactics for constructing mutual benefit and win-win university-enterprise cooperation mechanism to promote the quality of off-campus practice base. By strengthening the process management and clearing object of assessment, we present a new way of organization and implementation in each link. The effect of practice shows that the proposed measures improved the quality of off-campus internship a lot.
