摘 要:目的评价时间管理技能训练对护理专科生学业拖延的干预效果。方法选取用学业拖延量表评定为中重度学业拖延的40名护理专科生,随机分为试验组和对照组,20名/组,在研究期间对试验组进行7周的时间管理技能训练。在干预前后采用学业拖延量表、时间管理倾向量表对两组学生进行调查,比较干预前后两组学生的学期平均成绩,干预后试验组学生填写干预效果调查问卷。结果干预后试验组时间管理倾向得分、学业拖延得分、学业成绩均优于干预前(P<0.05);试验组时间管理倾向得分高于对照组(P<0.01),两组学业拖延得分和学业成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论时间管理技能训练能有效提高护理专科生时间管理能力,有助于改善其拖延行为。Objective To evaluate the effect of time management skill training on academic procrastination in higher vocational nursing students. Methods Forty nursing students with moderate or severe level academic procras- tination were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group. The participants in the experimental group received time management training for 7 weeks. Students were investigated using Academic Procrastination Scale and Time Management Disposition Scale before and after the intervention. Besides,students' semester grade point averages(GPA) were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,students' time management disposition score and academic records in the experimental group were higher than baseline(P〈0.05),while the academic procrastination score was lower than baseline(P〈O.01). The time management disposition score in the experi- mental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈O.05),while no significant differences were found in the academic procrastination score and academic records between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Time management skill training can effectively enhance nursing students' time management ability,and it is beneficial for improving procrastination behaviors.
