摘 要:随着工业自动化水平的提高,多电机协调控制精度的要求越来越高。以重物提升控制为背景,在无刷直流电动机调速控制理论的基础上,设计双dsPIC30F6010协调控制双无刷直流电动机同步运行的控制系统。在典型PID控制算法的基础上融合积分分离法、不完全微分法及前馈控制法,完成单电机转速、位置双闭环的精确控制,使两个无刷直流电动机按照预定的速度曲线协调运动,从而精确地达到设定位置。使用LabWindows/CVI编写的上位机软件监控系统的运行状态,验证了所设计控制系统的合理性。With the improvement of industrial automation level, the control accuracy of multi-motor coordination requireshigher and higher. Based on the background of weight lifting control and the theory of brushless DC motor ( BLDCM )speed control, the control system with double dsPIC30F6010 for coordinated controlling double BLDCM synchronous operationwas designed. Proportion integral separation, incomplete differential method and feed forward control method were combinedwith the typical PID control algorithm, completing accurate control of speed and position double closed loop for thesingle motor, to make the coordinate movement of two BLDCM in accordance with the predetermined speed curve to reachthe setting position accurately. The software written by LabWindows/CVI was used to monitor the system status, validatingthe rationality of the designed control system.
